Service Conditions

Tortasperu commits to deliver the requested cake withing 72 hours after the order, in the address indicated by the client. The client will indicate the exact address and the telephone number and if it is the case give other references in order to get the place.

The delivery place should inside the Perimeter of the City, for other places there will be an overcharge that it will be communicated to the client once received the Order. In case it is not otherwise indicated the price included the cost of delivery.

The delivery time in all the indicated cities will be within 72 hours , nevertheless Tortasperu could make delivery in other cities if the requirement is made with an anticipation of 7 days. These orders will be subject to tortasperu confirmation.

In case of fuerza mayor tortaperu couldnot deliver the cake, They commits to refund the entire amount of money, not recognizing any additional charge.

In the case the order cannot be delivered for reasons of missed address or that the house is closed Tortasperu will immediately communicate the fact to the client, which will be able to redirect the order to another person in the same city.
